Booking & Cancellation Policy
Deposit:
A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your hunt.
Final Payment:
The remaining balance is due 30 days before the hunt begins.
No Refund Policy:
Please note that all deposits are nonrefundable, whether for a full group or an individual hunter.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
If you need to cancel your hunt:
- We will reschedule within the same season, when possible.
- In some cases (e.g., severe weather, family emergencies, or safety concerns), we may reschedule your hunt for the following year, at our discretion.
- We will work closely with you or your group to find a suitable new date.
