Booking & Cancellation Policy

Deposit:

A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your hunt.

Final Payment:

The remaining balance is due 30 days before the hunt begins.

No Refund Policy:

Please note that all deposits are nonrefundable, whether for a full group or an individual hunter.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

If you need to cancel your hunt:

We will reschedule within the same season, when possible.
In some cases (e.g., severe weather, family emergencies, or safety concerns), we may reschedule your hunt for the following year, at our discretion.
We will work closely with you or your group to find a suitable new date.
